With more than 26 years of experience in Minnesota real estate as a Realtor and a Broker, Tom enjoys guiding and educating clients throughout the process of buying or selling a home. He has a broad range of experience and specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and four-unit apartment buildings. He is proud to be in the top 4% of Realtors nationwide.

 

Tom strongly believes in providing his clients excellent service by helping them through various questions so they can make the most informed decisions possible. As a passionate advocate for real estate education, Tom also advances his own knowledge through continuing education. He is a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Residential Specialist (SRS), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

 

Outside of his real estate career, he enjoys spending time with his wife and giving back to his community through his long-term involvement with the Minneapolis Aquatennial and Toast Masters. As a former corporate pilot, he now enjoys flying his collection of radio-controlled model airplanes, as well as downhill skiing, ballroom dancing, tennis, and reading.
